Roles and ResponsibilitiesIdentifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities.Understanding client needs, offering solutions and support,Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain and grow accountsCreating informative ppts, and coordinating with the Presales team.Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.Prepare sales forecast and ensure the same is achieved.Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.Responsible for working with the Pre-Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships.
