we are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented sales development representative (sdr) to identify, qualify and nurture sales sdr will be responsible for outreach through various channels, lead qualification and scheduling discovery calls for the sales team.
key responsibilities
conduct research to identify and target potential customers in the defined industries.
perform outreach via cold calls, emails, linkedin, and other prospecting channels to engage potential clients.
qualify prospects based on the companys ideal customer profile (icp).
set up and schedule discovery calls/meetings for the sales team.
maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all activities and leads in the crm system (., hubspot).
required skills and qualifications
bachelors degree in business (bms) marketing, or a related field (preferred)
minimum 1 year to maximum 2 years of experience in outbound b2b sales, inside sales, or lead generation in custom it solutions.
strong understanding of sales development techniques and lead qualification frameworks (., bant, champ).
experience and proficiency with outreach tools like linkedin premium/sales navigator, apollo and crm platforms like hubspot.
excellent english communication and interpersonal skills-both written and verbal.
