We are looking for a HR Admin Executive to join our team at Fumo Chem Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates.

GENERAL ADMINISTRATION ALONG WITH HR ACTIVITIES LIKE PAYROLL MANAGEMENT, HR SEARCH & INTERVIEW PROCESS HANDLING, PF ESI PT PROCESS & PAYMENTS, OFFICE ASSET RECORD KEEPING ETC.

Recruitment, sourcing candidate, arranging interviews, feedback follow up, reference checking, offer finalization. On boarding new joining employees, Joining formalities, induction training. Training, training plan follow-up, collecting training records and documentation and QMS ISO 9001:13485 related documentation. Responsible for CSR activities in coordination with other CSR committee members. Handling queries from employees regarding admin facilities, Salary, PF & ESIC, follow-up etc Processing expenses reimbursements of sales team, employees conveyance & other expenses, HR vender payments etc. Employee engagement activities , festival celebrations etc Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
