We are looking for a HR Admin Executive to join our team at Fumo Chem Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates.

Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.Coordinate office administration, handling supplies, scheduling meetings.Develop and implement HR initiatives to improve work culture and employee engagement.Handle general office management and support senior management with administrative tasks.Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and maintain details record.Qualifications:Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficient in MS (Office, excel & word) and HR related software.

Maintain and monitor employee attendance records accurately.Coordinate and manage employee joining formalities, ensuring smooth onboarding.Oversee scrap management activities and ensure proper disposal/handling as per company standards.Manage and fulfill day-to-day office requirements efficiently.Handle inventory management, including tracking, stock updates, and timely replenishment.
