Opening For Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant

we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced dynamics 365 business central functional consultant to join

our team. this role will primarily focus on supporting north american clients in their journey to upgrade from

navision to dynamics 365 business central or implement new business central s and responsibilities:

 client engagement:

build strong relationships with north american clients, understanding their business needs and

challenges.

conduct effective client meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide solution

recommendations.

collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

 functional expertise:

possess in-depth knowledge of dynamics 365 business central modules, including finance, sales,

purchase, inventory, and manufacturing.

conduct gap analysis between existing navision systems and business central capabilities.

design and configure business central to meet specific client requirements.

develop and implement data migration strategies to ensure smooth transitions.

 project management:

manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables effectively.

monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.

provide regular project updates to stakeholders.

 training and support:

deliver comprehensive training sessions to end-users on business central functionalities and best

practices.

provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients.

continuous learning:

stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in dynamics 365 business central.

actively seek opportunities for professional development and certifications.

education, training, skills and experience requirements:

 minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with dynamics 365 business central or microsoft dynamics

nav.

 strong understanding of business processes and erp systems.

 excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

 experience in project management methodologies.

 certification in dynamics 365 business central is preferred. fluency in english, both written and spoken.

 experience in navision to business central upgrades is a significant advantage.

 familiarity with north american business practices and regulations is beneficial.

 willingness to travel to client sites in north america as required.
