We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team at a Tally Certified Partner. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers to promote Tally software products and services. As a key part of our sales process, you will play a pivotal role in lead generation and client engagement, helping businesses discover the benefits of Tally software.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote Tally software products and services.Understand customer needs and effectively communicate the features and benefits of Tally software.Generate leads, qualify potential clients, and set up appointments for the sales team.Handle customer inquiries, resolve doubts, and provide accurate information about Tally products and services.Follow up with potential customers who have expressed interest to drive conversions.Maintain and update the database of customer information and interactions.Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation, follow-ups, and sales conversions.Qualifications and Skills:A Bachelors degree in any stream.Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.Basic knowledge of accounting or familiarity with Tally software will be an advantage.Good organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.What We Offer:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Training on Tally software and sales techniques.Opportunities for career growth within the organization.A supportive and dynamic work environment.

Understanding the products and services offered by the company. Provide information of Products / Services / Offers to customers. Handling inbound calls & outbound calls Understand customer need Solve customers query over the phone Setting a sales target and developing a marketing strategy for the same. Calling existing and potential customers to update them about the recentlaunches also Sell them the online solutions Updating the database/CRM with all the customer's information. Ensuring the customers are satisfied by the services provided to them. Using a sales script to handle the customers efficiently. Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers. Taking and processing customers' orders in a professional manner. Creating monthly sales reports and presenting them to the GM/BDM. Providing an excellent customer service to the customers. Answering to customers' questions in regards to products and services. Adhering to all the companys rules and regulations. Stay abreast with the latest trends in the industry. Planning and preparing presentations

Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items.Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.Noting important details of each conversation.Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.Conduct each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions.Take follow-up of all calls, services, and work.
