Preparing Spares & Machine Quotation Making Performa Invoice/ Tax Invoice for Machine & Spares Samples Follow up & coordination follow up with customer & stores for samples Coordinating with Accounts - Details of Payment Received Follow-up with customers Tapping new customers Record feedback after order delivery Making quarterly sales reports Making monthly Gantt Charts Customers query handling and conveying to relevant teams. Collaborating with different teams for progressive outcomes. Coordinating with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. Other sale & service related work. -If any. Attending Exhibitions & Conferences.
