Financial Analysis:o Perform financial assessments and analysis of SME clients to determine their loan eligibility and risk profile.o Work closely with the credit team to ensure the creditworthiness of clients before loan approval.6. Customer Retention:o Work on strengthening client relationships to enhance retention and repeat business.o Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns regarding the loan products.7. Reporting and Compliance:o Regularly report on sales performance, client interactions, and loan status to management.o Ensure all loan disbursements and client interactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Experience in sales, relationship management, or banking (preferably with SMEs). Strong understanding of SME banking products and services. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Analytical abilities for assessing client financial needs.
