We are expanding our reach and seeking motivated individuals to drive our engagement with educational institutions and strategic partners.Position SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and self-driven Business Development Executive to support our outreach and growth efforts. This role involves a dynamic mix of on-field marketing and relationship building (approximately 3 days/week) and in-office coordination, follow-ups, and reporting (2 days/week). The schedule may vary based on business needs, but the ultimate focus is on achieving results.The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing leads, establishing partnerships with schools, and promoting our educational programs and services.Key Responsibilities Conduct on-field visits to schools and educational institutions to present Space Zone India's offerings. Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, educators, and key decision-makers. Execute marketing campaigns, distribute promotional materials, and participate in educational fairs/events. Coordinate with internal teams to customize proposals and align offerings with client requirements. Maintain detailed records of field activities, client interactions, and deal progress. Assist in closing deals, managing client onboarding, and ensuring service delivery. Work from the office to manage documentation, scheduling, follow-ups, and strategic planning. Report regularly on progress, pipeline status, and market feedback.Qualifications & Requirements Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1 - 3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or client servicing (experience in education/ed-tech is a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
