Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new customers for business loans Micro Business loan, Cow Based loansegment)

Conduct field visits, generate leads, and build a strong sales pipeline

Explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation requirements to clients

Assist customers through the loan application and approval process

Maintain relationships with existing clients for cross-selling and referrals

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursal

Keep updated with market trends and competitor offerings
