Key Responsibilities:

* Sales Strategy & Planning:

* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and objectives.

* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.

* Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue and prepare accurate sales reports.

* Team Leadership & Development:

* Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.

* Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance against these goals.

* Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

* Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

* Strategic thinking and strong analytical abilities.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
