Mining of Tenders / GeM Bid document related to Company's Business Basket on GeMPortal. Collating all the available GeM Bids which are live /published by various GovernmentDepartments on GeM Portal. Reviewing the Terms and Conditions of the all the collated bid documents and identifying thebid documents wherein the relevant Group Company can bid based on the Eligibility Criteriaand GeM Terms & Conditions. Preparation of the Online and Offline Bids for submission. Submitting of Representations and Clarifications on behalf of the Company for related Bids. Keeping a track on the Bid Process of each Bid and accordingly take appropriate action. Order Processing and Invoice Generation on GeM Portal. Coordinating and Communicating with the client counterpart for completion of the GeM Bid& GeM Order Processes. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Sr. Tender Executive-Construction to manage and coordinate all aspects of the tendering process for government and private construction projects.
