Mining of Tenders / GeM Bid document related to Company's Business Basket on GeM

Portal.

Collating all the available GeM Bids which are live /published by various Government

Departments on GeM Portal.

Reviewing the Terms and Conditions of the all the collated bid documents and identifying the

bid documents wherein the relevant Group Company can bid based on the Eligibility Criteria

and GeM Terms & Conditions.

Preparation of the Online and Offline Bids for submission.

Submitting of Representations and Clarifications on behalf of the Company for related Bids.

Keeping a track on the Bid Process of each Bid and accordingly take appropriate action.

Order Processing and Invoice Generation on GeM Portal.

Coordinating and Communicating with the client counterpart for completion of the GeM Bid

& GeM Order Processes.

Coordinating with the Company's Accounts Team and with the Client Counterpart for

submission or release of EMD, Performance Security & other financial matters related to

GeM Portal or Bids.
