Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and safety regulations in the Indian context. Excellent project management skills, including effective planning, organising and prioritising tasks. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents, including project blueprints and construction schematics. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage project teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in construction management software, project scheduling tools and cost estimation software. Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and green building certifications.

This role requires a strong understanding of government tender portals, procurement processes, and exceptional organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience or working knowledge of Advertising Agency.Roles & Responsibility: Ensure tracking of tender announcements and rate contracts for state renewable energy nodal agencies and apply for the same. Participate in pre-bid meetings and demos as required by tender organizations and exhibit company products. Improve tender coverage from all currently operating. Maintain records of win/loss ratio and prices of all tenders and use the information for future tenders. Track previous price bid wins and analyze appropriate pricing for current bid.
