Responsibilities:Outbound process: Up-sell & cross-sell executive and certification courses.Inbound Process: Attend to the sales & services calls received on the customer care numbers.Online Chat Process: Be available to address any query coming through online chat mode.Responsible for converting telephone inquiries into admissions.Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counselling as per the timelines.Requirements:Experience as Telesales / Telemarketing, Counselors, Inside Sales Executive or Tele-Counselor mandatory.Fresher - Any GraduateGraduate Freshers with Good English communication and understanding of sales are most welcome.Experience: 0 - 2 years (Freshers are also welcomed)
