key responsibilities:
outbound calls: initiate outbound calls to prospective customers with the aim of selling our products or services.
product knowledge: acquire a thorough understanding of our products or services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
lead generation: identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and information gathering.
customer engagement: build and maintain a positive rapport with customers to enhance the overall customer experience.
sales pitches: deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs and interests of individual customers.
target achievement: meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
documentation: accurately and thoroughly document customer information, interactions, and transactions in the crm system.
objection handling: address customer objections and concerns effectively, striving to convert objections into sales opportunities.
feedback: provide feedback to the team leader or supervisor regarding customer reactions, market trends, and suggestions for improvement.
adherence to scripts: follow provided scripts and adhere to established sales processes and guidelines.
