Designation-Relationship Manager CTC-4 LPAKey Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.Client Onboarding & Consultation:Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored advice and solutions to meet their objectives.Account Growth & Retention:Identify opportunities for expanding client accounts and increasing revenue through upselling and cross-selling. Monitor client accounts and provide recommendations to enhance the client experience.Problem Resolution & Support:Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving client concerns or issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions to any problems or escalations.Market Research & Insights:Stay informed about industry trends, client needs, and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients and help improve internal strategies and offerings.Collaboration & Coordination:Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of client projects, deliveries, and continuous service improvements.Performance Monitoring:Track client satisfaction and performance metrics, preparing reports on client engagement, satisfaction, and overall account health.Contract Negotiation & Renewals:Manage the renewal process for client contracts, ensuring terms are met, and identifying areas to improve or enhance service offerings.
