key responsibilities:
client relationship management:
develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
client onboarding & consultation:
oversee the onboarding process for new clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored advice and solutions to meet their objectives.
account growth & retention:
identify opportunities for expanding client accounts and increasing revenue through upselling and cross-selling. monitor client accounts and provide recommendations to enhance the client experience.
problem resolution & support:
serve as the primary point of contact for resolving client concerns or issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions to any problems or escalations.
market research & insights:
stay informed about industry trends, client needs, and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients and help improve internal strategies and offerings.
collaboration & coordination:
work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of client projects, deliveries, and continuous service improvements.
performance monitoring:
track client satisfaction and performance metrics, preparing reports on client engagement, satisfaction, and overall account health.
contract negotiation & renewals:
manage the renewal process for client contracts, ensuring terms are met, and identifying areas to improve or enhance service offerings.
