Job Description

Customer Engagement:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication.

Understand customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.

Sales Support:

Assist the sales team in generating leads and closing sales.

Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Feedback Management:

Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Implement strategies to address customer concerns and enhance their experience.

Order Management:

Oversee the order processing and delivery to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

Coordinate with production and logistics teams to manage inventory and stock levels.

Customer Service:

Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

Provide product information and assist customers with inquiries about fabrics, designs, and availability.

CRM Systems and Data Management:

Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.

Use CRM software to track customer interactions and generate reports on customer trends and behaviors.

Marketing and Promotions:

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.

Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling based on customer purchase history.

Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential customer segments.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis.

Knowledge of the cloth/fashion industry and market trends.
