About The Role:The successful candidate for this role will excel at generating and converting new opportunities through the use of aconsultative sales approach. They will identify and qualify leads, resulting in sales opportunities with both currentand potential customers.Roles: Manage customer inquiries and requests with the objective of converting them into potential clients. Utilize a proactive approach to ensure the customer concerns and the attainment of high levels of customersatisfaction. Establish sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactivecommunication. Recommend potential services through the collection of customer information and analysis of customerneeds Compile sales reports through the collection and analysis of customer information post payment.
Responsibilities: Technical Solutions II Customer Acquisition Understand a customers requirements to recommend a customised product and engineering solutions Meet customers and deliver technical presentations to highlight how a product/service meets their requirements and generate leads Develop a sales pipelines, handle sales enquiries and negotiate orders to achieve sales targets Provide pre and post-sales support to build customer relationships and encourage repeat business, referralsCandidate should have own 2 wheeler with valid driving license. MBA (Marketing) with B2B Experience will be given preference.
Generating new enquiries. Follow up of ongoing projects. Follow up of sales leads. Providing presales technical support. Organizing and conducting demonstration/ technical presentations. Quotation generation and follow up. Order finalization.
