Key Responsibilities:1. Employee Relations:Support: Provide support to employees and managers on HR-related issues, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.Engagement: Promote a positive work environment by organizing employee engagement activities and addressing concerns in a timely manner.3. Performance Management:Assistance: Support the performance management process, including setting up performance reviews, tracking employee performance, and assisting with performance improvement plans.Documentation: Maintain records of performance evaluations and follow up on the implementation of feedback and development plans.4. HR Administration:Documentation: Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, employment history, and leave records.Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation as required.5. Training and Development:Coordination: Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for employees, including orientation, skills development, and compliance training.Tracking: Monitor and track employee training and development progress, and maintain records of training sessions and certifications.6. Payroll and Benefits Administration:Support: Assist with payroll processing, including verifying timesheets, calculating hours, and ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries.Benefits: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Address employee queries regarding benefits.
