Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, training and development, HR operations, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate should be capable of building a productive workforce, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting business growth through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage employee performance through regular reviews and performance improvement plans.
Design and deliver training and development programs.
Monitor employee attendance, leave, and overall HR operations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally.
Develop employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Coordinate payroll inputs, salary revisions, and incentive programs.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics for management.
Support department heads in manpower planning and organizational development.
Build a positive work culture and promote employee satisfaction.
Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve departmental objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA HR preferred).
3-8 years of experience in Human Resources.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and performance management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRMS.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
