Job Description for HR Operation
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates in HRMS.
Coordinate joining formalities, induction programs, attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, gratuity, labor laws) and maintain related documentation.
Coordinate with payroll teams and external vendors for statutory filings, audits, and reports.
Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries and support grievance handling.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal HR events.
Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, and reports (headcount, attrition, attendance, etc.).
Support HR audits, internal reviews, and implementation of HR policies and processes in coordination with HR Manager/HRBP.
