### **Position Overview:**We are seeking energetic, responsible, and customer-oriented **ground staff** to manage a variety of tasks at the airport, including assisting passengers, handling baggage, and ensuring smooth ground operations. Ground staff play a crucial role in maintaining excellent service standards and efficient flight operations.* Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and arrival areas.* Issue boarding passes, check luggage, and manage ticketing processes.* Assist special passengers such as elderly travelers, unaccompanied minors, and people with disabilities.* Handle passenger inquiries and flight-related information and resolve complaints professionally.* Coordinate with other airport departments to ensure on-time departures and arrivals.* Ensure compliance with airline and airport safety protocols and security regulations.### **Eligibility Criteria:*** **Educational Qualification:**Minimum 10+2 (higher secondary) from a recognized board. Graduation is preferred.* **Age Limit:**Typically between **18 and 27 years** (may vary slightly depending on the airline).* **Height & Physical Standards:**Some airlines may have minimum height requirements (generally around 155 cm for females and 165 cm for males).Should be physically fit with good eyesight and hearing.* **Language Skills:**Proficiency in English and local language(s).
