### **position overview:**

we are seeking energetic, responsible, and customer-oriented **ground staff** to manage a variety of tasks at the airport, including assisting passengers, handling baggage, and ensuring smooth ground operations. ground staff play a crucial role in maintaining excellent service standards and efficient flight operations.

* greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and arrival areas.

* issue boarding passes, check luggage, and manage ticketing processes.

* assist special passengers such as elderly travelers, unaccompanied minors, and people with disabilities.

* handle passenger inquiries and flight-related information and resolve complaints professionally.

* coordinate with other airport departments to ensure on-time departures and arrivals.

* ensure compliance with airline and airport safety protocols and security regulations.

### **eligibility criteria:**

* **educational qualification:**

minimum 10+2 (higher secondary) from a recognized board. graduation is preferred.

* **age limit:**

typically between **18 and 27 years** (may vary slightly depending on the airline).

* **height & physical standards:**

some airlines may have minimum height requirements (generally around 155 cm for females and 165 cm for males).

should be physically fit with good eyesight and hearing.

* **language skills:**

proficiency in english and local language(s). additional languages are an advantage.

* **other requirements:**

* good communication and interpersonal skills

* ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
