(Retail Operations) Sending Reports & Analyzing. Event Organizing. (Marketing) Events for retail Partners. (Retail Operations) Looking after fit out work of brands. (Operation) Coordinating with MEP, Security, House Keeping & Parking Team. Making Snag reports. Coordinating with Project team for Mall renovation work. Weekly meetings with the out source team members. Customer service CCE are required to interact with patrons on a daily basis and are adept at communicating with these customers in a friendly, professional manner Retail relations CCE act as the Mall Management voice for a shopping center and therefore must frequently interact with the media, the local community, and even law enforcement Government compliance Require to coordinate with all government departments need to handle and assist all contracts and zoning ordinances Credit control assistance CCE is responsible for financial aspects of the Mall which including rent , CAM , Utilities collection, parking collection Retail and service provider Communication Responsible can effectively communicate with a diverse group of individuals, including property management, retail management,Records , Reports and inventory CCE need maintain track inventory, record , record day to day operations SOPS , and other administrative tasks.
