Hiring for the profile of Customer Service

Candidate should have minimum 1 Year of Experience into Customer Service.

Candidate should have good English Communication.

Shift Timing - 24/7 (With one way cab facility)

Week offs - 2 Rotational off

Resolve inquiries and issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and application statuses.

Resolve inquiries and legal requirements while handling sensitive information securely.

Handle inbound calls and providing detailed information on queries.

Assist customers queries accurately
