Minimum Qualification HSC or Graduation.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.

Proficient in using customer service software and systems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

Good multitasking and time management skills.

Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
