Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals through effective communication and relationship-building. Prepare and maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the loan application process. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.
