• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our loan products, including personal loans, home loans, business loans, and others.

• Build and maintain a strong database of leads and follow up on inquiries to convert them into sales.

• Assess customer needs and provide suitable loan solutions while adhering to company policies and regulations.

• Educate customers about the features and benefits of various loan products.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals through effective communication and relationship-building.

• Prepare and maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.

• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the loan application process.

• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.

• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively address customer inquiries.
