The candidate will play a pivotal role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, contributing to the optimization of our manufacturing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & MIS: Prepare and present accurate financial reports and dashboards, ensuring timely and insightful information for decision-making.Variance Analysis: Conduct detailed variance analysis between actual and budgeted figures, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to improve financial performance.Cost Analysis: Analyze manufacturing costs, including direct and indirect expenses, to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance operational efficiency.Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and forecasts, aligning financial goals with business objectives.Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance financial operations and reporting accuracy.Candidate RequirementsTechnical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (including macros, pivot tables, and data analysis). Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Educational Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance or related fields.
