On-the-Job Training Program - Candidates selected for this role will undergo an on-the-job training program. Duration: Approximately 6 to 9 months.

Course Name: This training is provided through the BDM (Business Development and Management) course.

Training Cost: The cost of this BDM training is approximately ₹ lakh, which is fully covered by the company. Your primary responsibilities during the training include providing health-related advice and consultation to individuals, as well as promoting health awareness within the community. Throughout this period, candidates will gain practical, hands-on experience.
