This role requires a dynamic and persuasive communicator with a passion for the real estate sector and an ability to close deals effectively.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:Generate leads through cold calling, online platforms, referrals, fieldwork, and marketing campaigns.Identify and pursue new business opportunities for residential/commercial/property plots.Attend real estate exhibitions, site visits, and promotional events.Client Relationship Management:Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat and referral business.Understand client requirements and provide property solutions accordingly.Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property showings.Sales & Negotiation:Pitch properties effectively to potential buyers.Negotiate deals to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Market Research & Strategy:Keep track of market trends, competitor analysis, pricing, and real estate laws.Provide insights to the team for planning marketing and sales strategies.Documentation & Coordination:Coordinate with internal departments for legal documentation, site visits, and customer support.Maintain CRM entries, sales pipeline reports, and activity logs.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.0 - 5 years of experience in real estate sales or business development (freshers with good communication skills may also be considered).Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
