job summary:

the business development executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving property sales. this role requires a dynamic and persuasive communicator with a passion for the real estate sector and an ability to close deals effectively.

key responsibilities:

lead generation & client acquisition:

generate leads through cold calling, online platforms, referrals, fieldwork, and marketing campaigns.

identify and pursue new business opportunities for residential/commercial/property plots.

attend real estate exhibitions, site visits, and promotional events.

client relationship management:

maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat and referral business.

understand client requirements and provide property solutions accordingly.

conduct client meetings, presentations, and property showings.

sales & negotiation:

pitch properties effectively to potential buyers.

negotiate deals to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.

achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

market research & strategy:

keep track of market trends, competitor analysis, pricing, and real estate laws.

provide insights to the team for planning marketing and sales strategies.

documentation & coordination:

coordinate with internal departments for legal documentation, site visits, and customer support.

maintain crm entries, sales pipeline reports, and activity logs.

required skills & qualifications:

bachelors degree in business, marketing, or any relevant field.

0 - 5 years of experience in real estate sales or business development (freshers with good communication skills may also be considered).

excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

strong negotiation and closing skills.

self-motivated with a result-driven approach.

proficiency in ms office and crm software.
