key responsibilities:
lead generation & client acquisition:
generate leads through cold calling, online platforms, referrals, fieldwork, and marketing campaigns.
identify and pursue new business opportunities for residential/commercial/property plots.
attend real estate exhibitions, site visits, and promotional events.
client relationship management:
maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
understand client requirements and provide property solutions accordingly.
conduct client meetings, presentations, and property showings.
sales & negotiation:
pitch properties effectively to potential buyers.
negotiate deals to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
market research & strategy:
keep track of market trends, competitor analysis, pricing, and real estate laws.
provide insights to the team for planning marketing and sales strategies.
documentation & coordination:
coordinate with internal departments for legal documentation, site visits, and customer support.
maintain crm entries, sales pipeline reports, and activity logs.
required skills & qualifications:
bachelors degree in business, marketing, or any relevant field.
0 - 5 years of experience in real estate sales or business development (freshers with good communication skills may also be considered).
