Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1 Engage with prospective students through calls and online communication channels.

2 Explain Internastra programs and guide students toward suitable career options.

3 Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective counseling and sales techniques.

4 Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students.

5 Achieve monthly revenue and enrollment targets.

6 Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.

7 Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of enrolled students.

Candidate Requirements

1 Good communication and interpersonal skills.

2 Interest in sales, counseling, or customer engagement roles.

3 Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.

4 Ability to build trust with students and parents.

5 Basic computer and CRM handling skills preferred.

6 Freshers and candidates with sales experience are welcome to apply.
