Personally handle difficult customers. Get the collection done wherever the payments are stuck. Ensure that the coordination between marketing, sales, legal, and collection is smooth. Pull into the organization the best sales talent available in the market. Motivate the team to ensure that the sales targets are met. Responsible for the branch revenue.
