DescriptionWe are looking for a talented, aggressive, energetic, positive and competitive Inside Sales Representative/Tender executive that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable to participate dozens of bids per day, working with OEM, Government officer, preparing documents, submit the bid, qualifying prospects and closing sales.ResponsibilitiesFinding the new bids through GeM (Government e Marketplace), understanding the needs of customers (Govt. Buyers)Participating in all open/Limited Tenders, Preparation of proposals, Preparation to completion of pre-Qualification criteria of the tender.He/She Should be able to Create tender documents and manage the tender database.Tender discussion with OEM for technical & Financial and co-ordinate according to the requirements of tender.Strong follow up with OEM, ensure support, negotiate best deal after finding the tendersShould be able to visit at customer end and OEMs if requireKeep data well managed, weekly , fortnight, monthly for every participated bids, winning bids etcClose sales and achieve quarterly quotasRequirementsProven inside sales experience/ tender executive experienceTrack record of over-achieving quotaProficient with corporate productivityExperience working with tender portal or similar CRMStrong listening and presentation skills,Excellent written and verbal communication skills, well versed knowledge of MS office ( Word, excel)Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize work and manage time effectivelyQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
