Purpose of Role: The primary responsibility of the RM/ Sr. RM is to sell insurance policies by generating leads though retail distribution model and serving existing customers or leads that received from the channel apart from sourcing business. Convert leads and generate business through leads shared by the organization. Visit potential customers for New Business Grow existing accounts and develop new accounts in order to meet sales & profitability goals establish by the Direct Sales Management Ensure that business targets are met month on month He/she should be able to offer customized insurance solution to the customers for all their financial needs. Ensure all Training modules laid by L&D department are attended & certifications obtained. Direct selling to the customers via appointments (office/Home Visits) Ensure the leads/appointments allocated are attended & reverted within TAT. Ensure self-sourcing Targets are achieved ensure business reporting, MIS on sales call, Lead Utilization and conversion are updated & maintained daily. Acquiring of minimum 3 good retail/uhni/hni clients with their Funds/Portfolio(Min total Fund 3 lacs p.m). They will chase big clients to move their portfolio on LKPs platform. RM should be able to advice the correct product. Good knowledge on financial products Broking (Commodity ,Currency, Equity), MF , Insurance . They should have ability to book 4-5 quality accounts every month with margins of min (3-4) lacs from open market and justify 2 x CTC monthly. CTC plus attractive incentive (5-10)% is there in the package on achieving targets.
