The ideal candidate should have strong communication, organizational, and people skills. Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, candidate coordination Handle onboarding & induction Maintain employee records, attendance & leave data Support payroll by providing attendance/leave inputs Organize employee engagement activities & HR events Address employee queries on HR policies & admin matters Manage exit formalities & documentation Ensure compliance with company policies Prepare HR reports & basic analytics Required Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters in HR or related field 1 - 2 years of HR operations experience Strong verbal & written communication skills Knowledge of HR policies and statutory compliance Key Competencies: Attention to detail & strong organization skills Empathy and a people-first approach Ability to multitask & prioritize Integrity in handling confidential information

ResponsibilitiesDesign compensation and benefits packagesImplement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations)Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with themImplement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniquesAssess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employeesMonitor HR departments budgetAct as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issuesManage employees grievancesCreate and run referral bonus programsReview current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS)Measure employee retention and turnover ratesOversee daily operations of the HR department

Required HR Executive from similar background Knowledge of Payroll, Compliances, Salary making, Documentation, Leave policy , recruitment and other HR work

-Post, update and upload job requirements on various portals and social networking sites-Conduct personal / online interviews-Scheduling and interviewing candidates for various positions-Evaluating tests-Verification and reference check of selected candidates-Releasing Offer and appointment letters from time to time-Email id generation and other service request creation on time.-Update company s internal database with new employee information-Conduct orientation of new joinee-Ensure timely submission of daily reports and OPE s-Attendance Collection and compilation-Joining formalities as per the process set-Handling exit formalities-Employee engagement, retention, appraisals, R&R-Employee policy formulations

Superior Communication and Interaction skills (English) Superb Analytics/ logical reasoning abilities Should be sincere and hardworking and must be open to handle the pressure. Should be able to work independently. Demonstrated management presentation abilities Self-motivated with Business Acumen skills Should be able to Handle End to End HR Operations Capable of handling Onboarding/ Exits documentation Understanding of Indian Payroll and compliance
