Helping in preparing JD and sourcing candidates accordingly with keeping the budget in mind Coordination with managers for scheduling of interviews Searching various colleges and institutes for sourcing manpower Closing positions in deadline Coordination with recruitment agencies and briefing vacant position Convincing candidates and generating interest among them for vacant position Updating and maintaining HRMIS and recruitment MIS Conducting proper induction of new joinees Issuing correct appointment letters and providing all required joining materials

Creation of Job Description in line with the Hiring Managers needs Sourcing profiles through various sources such as Job Portals, social media, References, etc. Conducting first round of screening using various methods such as Aptitude Test, Group Discussion, Listening Tests, etc. Co-ordinate with Hiring Manager for interview rounds for shortlisted candidates Manage end to end Interview Drives in office Follow up with Hiring Managers for candidate feedback and documentation Negotiation of Salary with selected candidates for releasing offer letters Collection of documents as per checklist from the candidate Share the candidate documentation with HR Operations team to conduct the BGV process Coordinate with selected candidate for joining the organization on decided DOJ
