Creation of Job Description in line with the Hiring Manager’s needs
• Sourcing profiles through various sources such as Job Portals, social media, References, etc.
• Conducting first round of screening using various methods such as Aptitude Test, Group
Discussion, Listening Tests, etc.
• Co-ordinate with Hiring Manager for interview rounds for shortlisted candidates
• Manage end to end Interview Drives in office
• Follow up with Hiring Managers for candidate feedback and documentation
• Negotiation of Salary with selected candidates for releasing offer letters
• Collection of documents as per checklist from the candidate
• Share the candidate documentation with HR Operations team to conduct the BGV process
• Coordinate with selected candidate for joining the organization on decided DOJ
