The preferred candidate should have 5+ years experience in a courier and cargo company with Pan India management.The candidate will be responsible for overseeing:1. all human resources functions and general administrative tasks2. ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the organization. 3. recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, policy implementation, and compliance. The candidate should manage office operations, facilities, and vendor relationships, ensuring a productive and legally compliant work environment. Key Responsibilities:Human Resources: 1. Managing the entire recruitment process, from job posting and screening to interviewing and onboarding new employees. 2. Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.3. Overseeing performance reviews, providing feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans.4. Administering payroll, managing employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.), and ensuring compliance with labor laws regarding compensation.5. Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.6.
