Utilize CRM data to develop personalized customer communication strategies that enhance customer satisfaction. Implementing and optimizing customer relationship management strategies and tools Responsible for execution & maintaining of all documents after booking till possession/registration. Manages interactions with cross-channel partners related to CRM, Sales Providing necessary documentation, Compliance, reports to the management and leadership teamDesired Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field. Good Knowledge on Ms Office Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
