Responsibilities/Job Description:
€¢ Oversee the day-to-day operation of the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and completeness.
€¢ Utilize CRM data to develop personalized customer communication strategies that enhance customer satisfaction.
€¢ Implementing and optimizing customer relationship management strategies and tools
€¢ Responsible for execution & maintaining of all documents after booking till possession/registration.
€¢ Manages interactions with cross-channel partners related to CRM, Sales
€¢ Providing necessary documentation, Compliance, reports to the management and leadership team
Desired Skills and Experience:
€¢ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
€¢ Good Knowledge on Ms Office
€¢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
€¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
€¢ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
