Responsibilities/Job Description:
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and completeness.
Utilize CRM data to develop personalized customer communication strategies that enhance customer satisfaction.
Implementing and optimizing customer relationship management strategies and tools
Responsible for execution & maintaining of all documents after booking till possession/registration.
Manages interactions with cross-channel partners related to CRM, Sales
Providing necessary documentation, Compliance, reports to the management and leadership team
Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
Good Knowledge on Ms Office
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
