We pride ourselves on our professional and efficient management, and we are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to join our team.Job Description: We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with a minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing manpower, handling attendance, and addressing office queries. This role requires a strong decision-maker with excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership qualities.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee the daily operations of the HR department.Handle manpower planning and ensure proper staffing levels.Monitor and manage attendance records.Address and resolve office queries and employee concerns promptly.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.Facilitate effective communication between management and employees.Provide leadership and direction to the HR team.Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.Develop and manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills.Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes.Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.Utilize HR analytics to make informed decisions and improve HR practices.Coordinate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide support.Experience in Payroll generation as per PF and ESIC laws.Salary range: Rs 18,000 - Rs 28,000Location: Global City, Virar west : 09:30 am To 06:30 pmHow to Apply: Interested candidates submit their resume at careers@captainclean.in
