Business Development Executive (Hospital Experience)

1. Hospital Identification and Networking

Identify and connect with hospitals, multispecialty hospitals, specialty clinics, and healthcare institutions across targeted locations.

Establish relationships with hospital management, administrators, business development teams, and authorized decision-makers.

Identify hospitals suitable for corporate employee health check-ups and healthcare service requirements.

Develop a strong hospital network across assigned cities and regions.

2. Hospital Onboarding and Tie-ups

Initiate discussions with hospitals regarding partnership opportunities.

Explain the company's healthcare service model, corporate requirements, and expected business volumes.

Coordinate the collection of hospital profiles, service lists, rate cards, and required documents.

Complete onboarding formalities, internal approvals, and agreement execution.

Maintain an updated database of onboarded hospitals and available services.

3. Commercial Negotiations

Negotiate corporate health check-up packages, consultation fees, diagnostic rates, and other healthcare service charges.

Finalize competitive pricing, discounts, payment terms, and service conditions.

Prepare commercial comparison sheets and proposals for management approval.

Coordinate with legal and finance teams for agreements and commercial documentation.

4. Service and Operational Coordination

Coordinate with operations teams to activate newly onboarded hospitals.

Confirm service availability, appointment procedures, operating hours, and designated contact persons.

Ensure hospitals understand agreed service requirements and corporate client expectations.

Support resolution of onboarding-related issues and facilitate smooth service commencement.
