As a Telecaller in Parvati, Pune, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads or set appointments. You will also handle incoming calls and provide information about products or services.Key responsibilities include making cold calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services, following up on leads provided by marketing team, answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining a database of customer information.The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, be persuasive and patient, have a friendly and professional phone manner, and be able to work well under pressure. A minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing or customer service is required, and a 10th pass educational qualification is sufficient for this role. Being able to work full time from the office in Parvati is also required for this position.

Handle inquiries regarding personal loans via phone, WhatsApp, or email.Explain loan features, interest rates, tenure, and eligibility to customers.Collect and verify necessary KYC and income documents.Coordinate with banks or NBFCs for processing and approvals.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and loan status.Follow up with potential leads and achieve daily/monthly targets.Provide excellent customer service and post-disbursal support.
