Opening For Telecaller

As a Telecaller in Parvati, Pune, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads or set appointments. You will also handle incoming calls and provide information about products or services.

Key responsibilities include making cold calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services, following up on leads provided by marketing team, answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining a database of customer information.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, be persuasive and patient, have a friendly and professional phone manner, and be able to work well under pressure. A minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing or customer service is required, and a 10th pass educational qualification is sufficient for this role. Being able to work full time from the office in Parvati is also required for this position.
