Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales.2. Explain Ayurvedic products, their ingredients, benefits, and usage as per approved product information.3. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products without making unverified medical claims.4. Convert incoming inquiries and leads into successful sales.5. Follow up with interested customers and maintain strong customer relationships.6. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.7. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM system.8. Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.9. Coordinate with the dispatch and customer support teams for smooth order processing.10.
