As a Telecaller, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone callsReceive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveriesUpdate calendars and schedule meetingsKeep updated records of office expenses and costsPerform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
